Position Summary
Based in Mexico City, the Sales Manager will own the commercial strategy and execution for the Mexican market. This role requires a hands-on leader who can both think strategically and execute relentlessly.
You will manage key sporting goods accounts, develop growth plans, secure premium in-store visibility, and drive sell-in and sell-out performance — while building and coaching a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy & Key Accounts
Own and drive the commercial strategy for key sporting retailers.
Build aggressive, data-backed business plans per account.
Identify whitespace opportunities and unlock growth.
Negotiate space, visibility, activations, and commercial terms.
Lead quarterly business reviews with strong analytical insights.
2. Sales & Performance Ownership
Deliver and exceed monthly and annual sell-in targets.
Drive sell-out acceleration with clear action plans.
