Who You’ll Work With
This role serves as the core leadership for LatAm NVS (Nike Value Stores) business. On a daily basis, you will work closely with LatAm NDS (Nike Direct Stores) leaders as well as a diverse team of Nike cross-functional partners including Planning, Finance, Retail Marketing and GEO counterparts. You will report to Senior Director of LatAm NDS.

What You’ll Work On
You will develop and execute the LatAm NVS strategy to elevate retail performance and achieve business targets in partnership with LatAm Stores leadership (Territory NDS lead, Director of Stores, Store Ops & Service, Geo NVS channel lead) and cross-functional partners in Planning, Finance, and Retail Marketing. You are responsible for leading and managing a dynamic, liquidation-focused channel to drive sustainable sales, profit growth and inventory management by developing strategies that enhance the Nike Brand in Retail and maintain healthy inventory across Nike LatAm.
