Puesto: National Media Network Manager

The National Media Network Manager is responsible for leading Red Bull Mexico’s content ecosystem, overseeing content development, production, creator collaborations, communications, distribution and audience growth initiatives.

The role is accountable for identifying the most relevant stories across sports, culture, music, gaming, lifestyle and product marketing, transforming them into best-in-class content experiences and ensuring they reach audiences through the most effective owned, earned, shared and creator channels.

The National Media Network Manager combines strong editorial judgment, production expertise, creator marketing capabilities and data-driven decision making to maximize audience engagement, cultural relevance and business impact and provides media & content expertise to complement and evolve the local organization’s marketing mix in partnership with Brand, Sports and Culture Marketing, both nationally and globally.

She/he acts as an entrepreneur within the market, building and nurturing a network of best-in-class production partners, creators, media organizations and cultural communities, while constantly identifying innovative opportunities to strengthen Red Bull’s presence and relevance across the Mexican media landscape.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

CONTENT STRATEGY & STORYTELLING LEADERSHIP

Develops, executes and monitors the country’s strategic media direction. Drives ongoing creative ideation with global and local teams. Identifies, creates and produces “beyond the ordinary” content and media experiences. Leads the end-to-end content production process. Ensures alignment with global audience and media strategies.

CREATOR, INFLUENCER & PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT

Develops creator collaborations and influencer partnerships. Builds and manages a strong network of production companies, creators and creative talent. Establishes strategic media, publishing and third-party distribution partnerships. Leads and manages agencies, production partners, creator partners and media stakeholders.

AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT & CHANNEL STRATEGY

Defines the strategic role of owned, earned and shared channels. Drives audience engagement initiatives. Adapts and develops hyper-local relevant plans. Understands local consumer behavior, media consumption habits and creator ecosystems.

DATA, INSIGHTS & PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION

Leverages audience insights, social listening and content analytics. Uses audience intelligence and performance analytics to optimize storytelling and distribution. Establishes and tracks KPIs for content, audience growth, creators, earned media and engagement. Maximizes effectiveness and measurable business impact.

EXPERTISE & MARKET KNOWLEDGE

Demonstrates deep understanding of Red Bull’s products and target audiences. Maintains strong knowledge of the digital media landscape. Possesses a robust network across creators, influencers, production partners and media stakeholders. Understands how to develop, produce and distribute content at scale

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in content production, media, communications, creator marketing, entertainment or audience development.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale content productions from concept development through execution and distribution.
  • Strong understanding of creator marketing, influencer ecosystems and emerging audience behaviors.
  • Experience working with media executives, publishers and distribution partners on content amplification strategies.
  • Strong understanding of audience analytics, social listening and performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated success in building audience engagement through content, creators and earned media strategies.
  • Strong editorial instinct, storytelling capabilities and content judgment.
  • Established network across production companies, creators, publishers, media organizations and cultural communities.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understands the strengths and weaknesses of different platforms and knows how to use it.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and transform them into impactful media initiatives.
  • An agile, collaborative leader who knows how to get the work done and inspire others around them.
