Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • 5 years of experience with people management, leading and developing a business team, and managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally and developing business strategies.
  • Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of consumer behavior trends and applications and implications for businesses.
  • Ability to take complex business issues or solutions and structure them in a way that is simple and meaningful for a target audience.
  • Comfort working in a fast growing, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.

About the job

As a part of the Product, Solutions and Data (PSD), you will be at the forefront of setting the strategy for Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA’s) Product execution to help drive improved Customer Outcomes and increased Statement of Work (SOW) for Google. You will be in a highly collaborative team who deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to Google sellers, and influence product design. You will liaison with partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education), the PSD team works to equip Large Customer Sales (LCS) Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers’ needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.

As Head of Brand for YouTube+, you will lead SPLA’s branding strategy into the AI era, guiding this transformative stage from inspiration to execution for our region. You will lead a team of experts across YouTube and Display, own the product strategy, consolidate global and local priorities, and accelerate the adoption of AI-driven solutions by partnering with sales teams, advertisers, and agencies. In this role, you will advocate "One Google" strategy by collaborating cross-functionally across Search, Measurement, YouTube, and Cloud, while influencing global product roadmaps with local market feedback. Additionally, you will monitor key growth metrics, oversee ecosystem enablement, and act as the premier thought leader and spokesperson for Spanish Latam across major industry forums and events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the YouTube+ strategy for SPLA, aligning Global/AMER plans with local video and display priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales, agencies, and advertisers to drive usage of AI-powered YouTube+ products across key accounts.
  • Monitor key performance drivers and own regular communication and reporting with the SPLA leadership team.
  • Oversee ecosystem training and gather customer feedback to ensure the Global product roadmap reflects local needs.
  • Drive a consolidated "One Google" strategy (Search, YouTube, Cloud) and act as the industry spokesperson for SPLA.
