JOB MISSION:
We are seeking a results‑driven leader to oversee our Direct‑to‑Consumer business across Latin America. As the DTC Associate Manager for Latin America, you will deliver strong commercial performance while elevating the brand experience across 120+ retail stores and 8+ ecommerce sites in the region. You will partner closely with our regional distributors to create a seamless, high‑impact consumer journey, with a strong emphasis on in‑store engagement, omnichannel integration, and best‑in‑class ecommerce execution. In addition, you will champion the implementation of our global strategy and KPIs across the full portfolio—aligning partners to a shared vision and enabling them to meet or exceed all financial and operational targets.
This role will be on a hybrid model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote), based out of our Mexico City office.
