In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research and generate a list of potential sponsors that align with the brand and values of the sports team or event.
  • Utilize various tools and networks to identify new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Create and customize attractive sponsorship proposals that highlight the benefits and return on investment for potential sponsors.
  • Include statistics, demographic data, and previous success stories in the proposals to support the viability and impact of the sponsorship.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential sponsors.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sponsorship contracts, ensuring both parties gain significant benefits.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction and seeking opportunities to renew and expand agreements.
  • Work with the marketing team and other departments to coordinate sponsorship activations, ensuring the sponsor's objectives are met.
  • Oversee the execution of activations at sporting events, ensuring they are delivered as planned and within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sponsorship activations, collecting data and feedback to measure return on investment.
  • Prepare detailed reports for sponsors, highlighting the results and impact of their sponsorship.
  • Develop long-term strategies to attract and retain sponsors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust sponsorship strategies accordingly.

About You

  • Experience in sports sponsorship, partnerships, or B2B sales.
  • Ability to prospect and identify sponsors aligned with team or event values.
  • Skilled in creating compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations, including ROI analysis and relevant data.
  • Strong negotiation and sponsor relationship management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and oversee sponsorship activations, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
  • Results-oriented, creative, with proficiency in CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
