Marketing Operations Analyst VANS

What you will do: Follow through of the Marketing department’s day-to-day operation to cohesively achieve goals throughout the marketing plan by executing various administrative tasks and product inventory analysis and deliveries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Vendor setup, and invoice and payment tracking.
  • Marketing product buys and purchase orders.
  • Marketing product inventory management: analysis and tracking.
  • Marketing warehouse operation coordination to receive, stock and deliver seeding.
  • Contracts requisitions and tracking.
  • Assistance in different Marketing areas admin tracking of projects. 

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 2 years in a similar position.

Educational: Marketing or Business Administration Degree preferred.

  • MS Office knowledge
  • English: intermediate-advanced.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Analytic and critical thinking.
  • Communication
