We are seeking a Director, CRM & Creative Development to lead lifecycle marketing strategy and lower-funnel creative execution across our streaming business in the United States and Latin America.
This role will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies through CRM channels while leading cross-functional collaboration between marketing, paid media, data, and creative teams. The Director will balance strategy and execution, ensuring that CRM campaigns are data-driven, creatively compelling, and aligned to business growth objectives.

Your Day-day Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Ownership
Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, engagement, and retention
Establish KPIs to drive performance improvements in LTV, churn reduction, and conversion
Design, build, and optimize CRM journeys (email, push, in-app) including static and dynamic events
Develop testing and optimization frameworks to improve engagement and funnel performance
Creative Development & Brand Integration
Lead collaboration across designers and copywriters to develop high-impact lower-funnel creative
Build structured processes for creative intake, briefing, execution, and feedback loops
Develop content calendars aligned to promotions, launches, tentpole events, and programming moments
Ensure consistent brand expression across CRM touchpoints within the broader ViX ecosystem
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Paid Media to ensure cross-channel alignment and performance optimization
Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools
Work closely with Product and Growth teams to align CRM efforts with subscription and engagement goals
Inspire collaboration across upper, mid, and lower funnel marketing functions
Performance & Optimization
Develop reporting dashboards to monitor monthly and annual goals
Leverage attribution platforms and analytics tools to inform campaign decisions
Continuously monitor trends in the digital and streaming ecosystem to identify new opportunities
YOU HAVE: (Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience)
Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field
8+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing
Strong knowledge of acquisition and engagement metrics (CTR, conversion rate, open rate, retention, LTV)
Experience with attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer and Kochava
Advanced experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in reporting and web analytics tools
Full professional proficiency in English

Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish

Eligibility Requirements
Willingness to work from the Santa Fe, Mexico City office.
Employment and education verification required.
Must be authorized to work full-time in Mexico.
