Puesto: Digital Arena Marketing Specialist

The HEAT Group is seeking a creative, culturally plugged-in Digital Arena Marketing Specialist to drive the social media presence and event-day marketing strategy for Kaseya Center. This role is the daily voice of one of the country's premier live entertainment venues, creating content that moves fans, drives ticket sales, and puts Kaseya Center on the map for every major concert and event.

You will represent Billboard Magazine's 2026 Top East Coast Arena to a global audience of concert-goers and event fans capturing moments, building community, and telling the Kaseya Center story every day. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

  • Own the daily content calendar for Kaseya Center social media ideating, creating, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook
  • Serve as the on-the-ground content creator at concerts and events, capturing real-time moments that drive engagement and attendance
  • Develop and execute fan engagement activations, onsite and offsite, that deepen the event-day experience and support lead generation goals
  • Support artist hospitality coordination to elevate the backstage experience and build relationships that benefit the venue's reputation
  • Showcase Kaseya Center food, beverage, and in-venue experiences through compelling content that drives on-site spend and shareability
  • Partner with the Content and Creative Services teams to ensure all Kaseya Center output is on-brand, consistent, and aligned with the broader HEAT Group voice
  • Partner with Senior Manager of Arena Marketing to support in all show and event announces, presales and onsales
  • Organize all announce and onsale timelines, supporting Arena Enterprise team in staying up to date on all dates and information
  • Other duties assigned by the Director of Digital Program

Education And/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or 2–3 years of experience in social media, brand marketing, or live entertainment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hands-on experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook. Photography skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, or CapCut) a plus.
