The MFL is looking for a storyteller with a fighter's instinct — someone who understands that every event is a chapter, every athlete is a character, and every piece of content is a chance to earn a fan for life.
As Creative Director, you'll own the full creative identity of one of the most exciting combat sports organizations in Latin America. You'll set the visual and narrative language for the league — from fight-night productions and social campaigns to fighter branding and long-form storytelling — and then roll up your sleeves and help build it.
This is not a corporate role. Resources are finite. Speed matters. The best idea wins, no matter who had it. You'll need the vision of a brand strategist and the work ethic of someone who knows what it means to grind.
Key Requirements
Combat sports fluency — Deep experience promoting fight sports (MMA, boxing, or similar). You understand the rhythms, culture, and fans. You know that a fight card is a narrative arc, not just a lineup.
Masterful storytelling — Proven ability to craft and sustain compelling narratives around athletes, rivalries, and events. From social posts to long-form content, you make people care before the first punch is thrown.
Scrappy execution — You don't wait for perfect conditions. You find creative solutions with limited budgets, tight timelines, and a lean team. You've launched things that punched well above their weight class.
Creative leadership — You can direct designers, videographers, and copywriters without micromanaging them. You set a high bar, give clear direction, and inspire a team to hit levels they didn't know they had.
What You'll Own
The MFL's full creative identity: visual language, tone of voice, brand standards
