We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Ad Sales Operations Coordinator to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns. This entry to mid-level role plays a key part in ensuring accurate trafficking, tracking, and reporting of campaigns while working closely with sales and ad ops teams.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support trafficking and setup of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Ensure campaign materials (creatives, tags, specs) are collected and QA’d on time
Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance metrics
Assist in pulling performance reports and reconciling campaign data
Help maintain internal documentation, trackers, and inventory logs
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth campaign execution
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
1–2 years of experience in Ad Ops, Digital Media, or Marketing support role
Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Strong communication and teamwork mindset

Exposure to programmatic or CTV advertising
Experience with CRM tools or campaign management platforms
Interest in digital media, video advertising, and content monetization
